If your website platform allows an Ultra Challenge landing page is a great way to bring together the series of events on your website, cross-sell the challenges (if you are conducting marketing/ social media campaigns) and encourage your supporters to take on more than one, and combine their fundraising targets. This is also a way of positioning the Ultra Challenge Series as walks & runners – and the overall concept of the events.

Ultra Challenge Series Copy >>

This is the wording to use on your  website when promoting the Ultra Challenge Series. As a Listed/Participating charity, this must be used so as to avoid confusion where there are differences from previous years and lots of details to get across. We've saved you a task, so all you need to do is copy and paste!

50% of fundraising is due 6 weeks before the Challenge. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks after the Challenge.


8 weeks before the Challenge, we send you a list of your fundraisers and ask you how their fundraising is going.

You then accept everyone who has reached 50% of their target at this time and we will go ahead and invoice you for those places ONLY.

If a participant has not reached their target, you can cancel them from the challenge and we will not invoice you for their place - we would then offer them the self funding option.

This process is repeated as "Phase 2" for those registered after the 8 weeks prior mark. They will need 50% of their fundraising target with the charity by 2 weeks prior to the event. The accepting and invoicing process is the same as before (albeit a faster turn around)
