live trail timings

As you may have noticed, our Live Trail system has been updates and now works off QR codes read by mobile phones/devices. This weekend’s event was the first time we’ve used the updated product out ‘in the real world’ and despite many hours of testing in advance of the challenge, we saw some ‘in the field’ issues which we hadn’t planned for.

We are sorry that for some people this meant a missed ‘scan’ at the start line, affecting overall finishing times – if this is you, please complete our short form below and we will get your time updates within 24 hours, so that you can successfully download an accurate certificate for your challenge.

Moving forward, we will continue to test & work with Live Trail to ensure we don’t encounter these issues again on future events.

START TIME LIST

If you have registered ON OR BEFORE the 10th March your name and start time will be on the Start Time list. If you have not received your e-ticket please download the starting list below and fill in our ‘Start Time Change Form’. • You are travelling by PUBLIC TRANSPORT and the journey is impossible with your current start time.

Anyone registered ON or AFTER 11th March will receive your Start Time on your E-ticket by close of play Wednesday 27th March.
