One of the best ways to prepare for your Ultra Challenge is to join one of our organised training walks. Get the ‘feel’ for the challenge ahead – and build up that base level of fitness and meet some follow Challengers.

Our day time training walks are suited to all challengers – whatever your planned distance goal, they will serve as a great test of your feet, kit and legs whilst giving you the opportunity to meet our team and a fellow challengers. Each walk starts at 10am on a Saturday morning, close to public transport links and hubs.
Setting out from Central London, along the Thames Path with a half way stop at Putney before finishing in Richmond.
Looped route is a tough walk – starting and finishing in Stroud, tackling some of the Cotswolds finest.
Looped route is a medium terrain walk, designed to find your stride and pace starting and finishing in Henley.
Looped route starts and finishes in Eastbourne, and will take us up and over the Seven Sisters climbs with a halfway.
Our night time training walks are the ideal way for all those taking on the Continuous Full Challenge to experience the unique aspects of walking throughout the night, in a supportive enviroment with other challengers and experiences guides. With head torches on we will set out across London, on a flat route along the Thames Path testing out kit, our feet as well as our bodies as we work when we are used to being asleep!
