CHARITIES

FUNDRAISE FOR A CHARITY OF YOUR CHOICE

The Series has raised over £33 million for Charities so far, and as these are testing events, you'll be amazed at how much you can fundraise for your chosen charity once friends & family know you're taking on an Ultra Challenge! We've raised over £5.5 million from our 2021 Series for over 400+ different UK Charities - and we look forward to raising even more in 2022.

How you can fundraise...

If you want to join an Ultra Challenge and support a charity of your choice – we’ve 3 options available, depending on how much you plan to fund-raise, and how you sign up.

Option 1

FULL SPONSORSHIP

Pay a low Registration Fee and do ‘lots’ of fundraising for your chosen charity. The charity covers your Event Place Cost.

Option 2

MIXED FUNDING

You pay half the Event Place Cost, and your charity pays the other half, meaning you have a lower fundraising target.

Option 3

SELF FUNDING

You pay the full Event Place Cost and fund-raise for any charity if you wish to, with NO targets or cost for your charity.

Our Charity Partners

We’re proud to work with a range of fantastic charities, which will benefit from the £7+ million fundraising in 2022. Our Series Partners are some of the UK’s major national charities, and there’re also regional and local charities as Challenge Partners for each event. Choose to fund-raise for a Charity Partner and they’ll provide support to help you reach your target!

500+ Charities
to fundraise for

Alongside our official Series & Challenge Partners there are 500+ other charities working with us, and you can fund-raise for any of them! Charities involved appear on a drop down list within the Registration Form. All fundraising goes directly to the charity, via an online sponsorship page that you set up (e.g JustGiving).

Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading dementia charity. We campaign for change, fund research to find a cure and support people living with dementia today.

Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer. Someone develops it every three minutes and there’s currently no cure.

We’re Breast Cancer Now, the charity that’s steered by world-class research and powered by life-changing care.

We’re here for anyone affected by breast cancer, the whole way through, providing support for today and hope for the future.

Our vision is a world free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases. We raise money to research cures and treatments, so we can beat heartbreak forever.

We beat cancer.

Supporters drive everything we do at Cancer Research UK. It’s only thanks to your generosity that we’ve helped double cancer survival in just 40 years.

You are at the heart of everything we achieve.

Every day, 619 children and young people from across the UK arrive at GOSH. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. And every day is a chance for you to make a difference.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfil their potential. A better future for seriously ill children starts here.

While it takes strength to serve in the Armed Forces, it takes a different kind of strength to live life beyond injury. We believe anyone affected by their military service deserves to live a secure and healthy life with purpose. Together, we can help our wounded veterans overcome their daily battles and thrive.

At Macmillan, we won’t rest, and we won’t settle for anything other than the best possible support for people with cancer.

We do whatever it takes.

Prostate Cancer UK’s top priority is funding research to stop prostate cancer killing men. We’re investing millions to find better treatments and better tests that can spot fast-growing cancers early, and could be used in a screening programme to save thousands of lives.

We are Parkinson’s UK. Powered by people. Funded by you. Improving life for everyone affected by Parkinson’s. Together we’ll find a cure.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer it threatens everything, for them and their family. At a time when they should be busy being children, enjoying their rollercoaster teenage years or finding their feet at uni, life becomes full of fear. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, of overwhelming money worries, mental health stretched to breaking point, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.

At Young Lives vs Cancer, we get that. We are the charity that helps children and young people (0-25) and their families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them.
