WALKS...

One of the best ways to get ready is to join one of our organised training walks. Get the 'feel' for the challenge ahead and build up that base level of fitness!

Whether you're taking on 25km or going for the full 100km, there is a training walk suitable for you.

RUNS...

Matt Buck from Running Adventures will be hosting a variety of training runs, trail workshops and trail weekends. They will be led by experienced ultra runners, ultra running coaches, trail running guides, and Salomon athlete; Matt Buck. These guided trail runs are an excellent opportunity to get advice on training, equipment and nutrition - as well as meeting like-minded 'action challengers'.

Various routes are available. With distances ranging from 10km to 30 mile, these guided runs are a great way to learn from an expert, enjoy some stunning trails and get all your questions answered.

Training Runs

A slection of training runs are available in 2019 from 30 miles on the South Downs Way to a 10km run at night. 

 

This is not a race! You will run as a group and share this experience together. You should be able to run approximately 10-11 min/miles and have a good level of fitness.

Trail Weekends

Join Running Adventures for an unforgettable trail running experience on one of my popular weekends. Various locations and options are available but wherever you decide to go, you can be guarenteed of a brilliant time, spectacular trails and amazing accommodation.

Coaching
