Bookable extras are designed to make the planning for your challenge as easy as possible – providing options for your joining & leaving arrangements, and are summarised below. Scroll down for details & prices on each category, and make sure that the combination that you book makes sense.
EASTBOURNE (Bramley Camping) – MAIN START VENUE – Friday night before your challenge. Generally suits Full 100 km, 1st Half, & 1st Quarter Challengers
HOVE – HALF WAY VENUE (57 km) – Saturday night – for the 2 Day Full 100 km option for overnight sleep / recovery. Also works for 1st Half Finishers & as well as 2nd Half Challengers starting early Sunday morning.
INCLUSIVE PACKAGES OR ‘PITCH ONLY’ OPTION (including Campervans) ARE AVAILABLE
For any extra supporters or participants reserve a spot on an already booked Pitch ONLY/Campervan option on our campsite. (Please ensure when booking for extra campers you have already purchased a Pitch ONLY/Campervan space if available at the venue).

Friday Night – pre-book a delicious hot meal put on by our fantastic event caterers, Extreme Hospitality. Includes a hot meal (a few menu options), dessert and soft drink. Eastbourne Only.
Saturday Morning Breakfast at Eastbourne – buy on the day from our Catering Partner, Extreme Hospitality.
Sunday Morning Breakfast – if you are starting the 2nd half at Hove, or camping overnight with us there – you must PRE-BOOK breakfast.
We recommend you opt for our shuttle services BEFORE the challenge, where you park your car at your finish line & get our shuttle to your start. This way your car is ready & waiting for you when you finish. Our shuttles from the finish back to the start can have a wait at times – especially during the night and early morning. Alternatively arrange to be dropped off & picked up by a supporter.
Parking is available at the main venues. If you’re not doing the full Challenge (100 km) check that our bookable shuttle services also work for you. Please note, we do not have parking available at the finish lines at Hove or Arundel, there is a nearby P&D car park.
All weekend at Eastbourne:
Friday 4pm – 10pm & Saturday 6am – Sunday 10pm
Ideal for challengers starting at Eastbourne.
Saturday for the day at Alfriston:
Car park hours: Saturday 6am – 6pm
Ideal for 1st Quarter challengers when paired with shuttle back to Eastbourne Start.
Supporters can book a pass for parking at Eastbourne (0km), Alfriston (25km)
At the 0 km ‘start’ in Eastbourne on Friday 6th.

Pitch Only Option – bring your own tent or campervan (+ all equipment). Parking is included in your Pitch/Campervan booking.
You will be able to add on extra campers to your Pitch ONLY/Campervan option under the same booking. Make sure you look for the Extra Campers’ option under the relevant location where you want to camp on the booking form.
Hot showers, changing rooms, & hot drinks included. Use our bookable baggage service to move your kit from the start.
Ideal for the Full 100km Challenge, 1st Half & 1st Quarter challengers setting out on Saturday morning.
NO DOGS – pets are strictly not permitted on any of our venues, including the campsite.

From the finish line in Arundel FC back to the start in Bramley Camping Park (Eastbourne) via Hove Park. Please be aware, there may be a waiting time of up to 4 hours overnight.
Ideal for anyone finishing at Arundel FC.
To Arundel Train Station – operating regular service , during the hours: (there may be a wait at quiet times max 60mins)

From the finish line in Hove back to the start Bramley Camping Park (Eastbourne). Please be aware, there may be a waiting time of up to 2 hours whilst the bus completes its round trip journey.

We have a range of services taking your bags forward for access during the challenge – for a change of clothes or shoes, extra layers for the night, or those snacks you can’t do without!
Please note the max weight limits. These are strict, and bags will be weighed. Quoted prices are per bag.
Baggage services will be paid in cash/card on the day and you cannot pre book.

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start in Eastbourne, onto the half way stop in Hove (where you have access to it), and then onwards to the finish in Arundel.
