OPTION 1 - CHARITY SPONSORSHIP

2019 CHARITY REGISTRATIONS CLOSED

Pay a low registration fee & do 'lots' of fundraising for a chosen charity. The charity covers your event place cost.

At this time your Charity will pay a Fee for your place to the Organiser (similar to the Self Funding cost). Failure to meet the 50% target may result in cancellation by your charity. The remaining 50% should be with your Charity 4 weeks after the Challenge.

MAKING IT EASY FOR YOU...

GETTING THERE & AWAY >

By train:

  • Starts - Farnham, close to train station
  • Trains run into Farnham from London regularly, takes 1 hr
  • Finish - Reigate, close to station
  • FREE shuttles to nearest train station after (Reigate)
  • Trains run direct into London (50 min journey time)
  • Last train 22:50

By car:

  • Park (£5) & Ride (£10) service available (Finish to Start on Sat morning)
  • Ride shuttles to the start starting 05:30am
  • Short free shuttle ride back to car from finish line
  • Free shuttles to Reigate station after Challenge from finish line
  • Supporter parking available at local P&D near finish 

CAMPING & EXTRAS >

Join us to camp and make a weekend of it! We've put together camping options to suit you - whichever you go for there will be showers, free teas & coffee, a stretching warm up/down zone & a great atmosphere to revel with fellow challengers. To make it easy for you to join us on the Friday (from 6pm onwards), and/ or Saturday night also. With a host of other optional extras to make your weekend as easy and enjoyable as possible!

Friday night camping (pitch only) - £15.00             
Friday night camping (tent + roll mat) - £35.00

Parking
Weekend parking at Reigate (Canon HQ) - available from 6.00pm Friday until 9.00am Sunday - £5 per car

 

TRANSPORT

Before your Challenge

Reigate station transfer (CANCELLED):

  • Friday night
  • Reigate train station to Priority Park (finish line & campsite)
  • Between 6.00pm - 9.00pm
  • £5 per person

Please note: we are no longer running the above transfer. We recommend getting a taxi as it is a 7 minute car journey or 15 minute walk. 

 

The following transfers are running:
Farnham Station to Farnham Start Line (Full Challengers):

  • Saturday morning
  • Farnham train station to start in Farnham
  • Between 05:30am - 09:00am
  • £5 per person


Canon HQ (Reigate) to Farnham Start Line (Full Challengers): 

  • Saturday morning
  • Priority Park (finish line & campsite) to start in Farnham
  • Between 05:30am - 07:00am
  • £10 per person

 

Canon HQ (Reigate) to Shere Start Line (2nd Half Challengers):

  • Saturday morning
  • Canon HQ (Reigate) to start in Shere
  • 09:30am departure from Reigate
  • £5 per person


After your Challenge

Priory Park Finish Line back to Farnham Start Line

  • 2pm-10pm on Saturday
  • Transfer from your finish in Reigate back to Farnham start
  • Please note: there may be waiting times of up to 2 & a half hours for this service
  • £10 per person

JOIN AS AN INDIVIDUAL >

You'll meet others - our Team will support you!

 

Select 'Individual' within the Reg Form (you can create or join a Team later by logging back into your reg form)

 

Select category: Walk - Jog - Run

 

You'll need to choose a 'Start Time'

CREATE A NEW TEAM >

Select 'Create a Team' if you are 1st Team Member to register.

 

  • You'll become the Team Captain
  • You'll need a Team Name
  • Create a Password (optional)
  • You Register in full yourself
  • Choose the Team's Start Time 
  • Communicate Team Name / Passsword to those joining
  • Team Members search for Team Name when registering
  • You will receive details of a person who joins the Team

 

Note: If fundraising, the min target is per person - NOT per Team

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund.

 

Teams can be of any size

 

Teams can all do the same - or a MIX (eg some Full or Half, some Walk or Run etc)

JOIN AN EXISTING TEAM >

Select 'Join a Team' within the Reg Form

 

  • 'Team Captain' gives you Team Name
  • And a Password if they set one up
  • You register in full yourself via the website
  • On the form you can search for Team Name + enter password
    Team Captain will have chosen Team's Start Time
  • Team Captain will be emailed your details also
