OPTION 1 - CHARITY SPONSORSHIP

Pay a Low Registration Fee & do 'lots' of Fundraising for a chosen Charity. The Charity covers your event place cost.

  • FULL CHALLENGE:

£15 Reg Fee online

Note: At least 50% of the Min Sponsorship target should be with your Charity by 6 weeks prior to the Challenge. At this time your Charity will pay a Fee for your place to the Organiser (similar to the Self Funding cost). Failure to meet the 50% target may result in cancellation by your charity. The remaining 50% should be with your Charity 4 weeks after the Challenge.

BAGGAGE

All baggage services are paid for in cash on the morning of the challenge - you do not need to pre-book online.

 

Baggage transfers to your finish...

  • Full Challengers - £10
  • Half Challengers - £5
  • Quarter Challengers - £5

Baggage transfers to half way & finish...

  • Available to Full Challengers only
  • £15 for walkers & joggers
  • Included for runners (10L. max)

 

CAMPING

You must pre-book all camping packages online in advance using the form below.

Available at Chale (start/finish) Friday & Saturday night, & Cowes (half-way) Saturday night only.

 

Pitch Only Package:

  • Tent pitch only - bring your own tent
  • Bring any tent and we will have a space reserved for you
  • Showers will be available
  • 1x baggage transfer to finish or storage

Price - Single - £25 per night  //  Twin share - £40 per night

 

Full Camping Package:

  • x1 2-person tent & x1 roll mat per person - bring your sleeping bag!
  • x1 baggage transfer to finish or storage
  • Showers will be available

Price - Single - £55 per night  //  Twin share - £75 per night

 

 

TRANSPORT BEFORE YOUR CHALLENGE

All transfers are provisional and will be available to book in the Autumn

 - Shuttle from ferry port (Cowes), to Chale start line 

For Full, 1st Half & 1st Quarter Challengers:

  • Friday 1st May 
  • Saturday 2nd May

 

- 2nd Half Challengers

  • Sunday 3rd May
  • Transfer from Chale to start in Cowes


- 4th Quarter Challengers:

  • Sunday 3rd May
  • Transfer from Chale to Culver Down start

 


TRANSPORT AFTER YOUR CHALLENGE

All transfers are provisional and will be available to book in the Autumn

1st Quarter Challengers

  • Shuttle from finish back to Chale

1st Half Challengers

  • Shuttle from finish in Cowes back to Chale 

Full, 2nd Half & 4th Quarter Challengers

  • Shuttle from finish in Chale to Cowes ferry port 

 

PARKING

  • Weekend Parking at Chale 
  • Day supporter parking Chale & Cowes

INDIVIDUAL OR AS A TEAM:

JOIN AS AN INDIVIDUAL >

You'll meet others - our Team will support you!

 

Select 'Individual' within the Reg Form (you can create or join a Team later by logging back into your reg form)

 

Select category: Walk - Jog - Run

 

You'll need to choose a 'Start Time'

CREATE A NEW TEAM >

Select 'Create a Team' if you are 1st Team Member to register.

 

  • You'll become the Team Captain
  • You'll need a Team Name
  • Create a Password (optional)
  • You Register in full yourself
  • Choose the Team's Start Time 
  • Communicate Team Name / Passsword to those joining
  • Team Members search for Team Name when registering
  • You will receive details of a person who joins the Team

 

Note: If fundraising, the min target is per person - NOT per Team

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund.

 

Teams can be of any size

 

Teams can all do the same - or a MIX (eg some Full or Half, some Walk or Run etc)

JOIN AN EXISTING TEAM >

Select 'Join a Team' within the Reg Form

 

  • 'Team Captain' gives you Team Name
  • And a Password if they set one up
  • You register in full yourself via the website
  • On the form you can search for Team Name + enter password
    Team Captain will have chosen Team's Start Time
  • Team Captain will be emailed your details also

 

Note: If fundraising, the min target is per person, NOT per Team.

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund
