Our range of bookable optional extras are available from Saturday 10th September till Sunday 11th September morning, and are designed to make the planning for your challenge easier so that on the day all you need to worry about is the challenge! There is limited parking on this event. The easiest way to get to Bishops Park – Start line is public transport, and the closest tube is Putney Bridge (District Line).

Please check out our optional Shuttle Services that may also work for you.

There is local Pay & Display and Free parking along the route at Hurst Park (28km), Runneymede (50km), Cookham (78km) & Henley (100km)

There is NO pakring at the start in  Bishops Park – Fulham

Camping - Saturday NIGHT

Runnymede

At the 50 km  ‘half way’ rest stop in Runnymede on Saturday 10th.

Inclusive Packages – with pre pitched tent & mattress – (you bring sleeping bag & other equipment) & breakfast the following morning.

Pitch Only Option – bring your own tent or campervan (+ all equipment) & breakfast the following morning.

Hot showers, rest area, changing rooms, & hot drinks included. Use our optional Baggage Service to move your kit from the start.

Ideal for the 2 Day 100km Challenges. Also may suit 1st Half  & 2nd Quarter challengers (post finish) and 2nd Half Challengers  & 3rd Quarter challengers (pre start).

Spacious 2-man tent & mattress – all set up and ready for you. You need to bring sleeping bag & other equipment.

Roomy 3-man tent & mattresses all set up and ready for you – plenty of space for 2 people and bags! 

Reserve a space for your tent or campervan. You’ll have access to hot showers, toilets & other facilities – and includes breakfast Sunday morning.

Pre Challenge Transfers

We’ve a range of shuttle services to take you to your start line, before your challenge. Putney Bridge tube station is the closest to Bishops Park (its on the District Line).

Ideal for 2nd Half Challengers

Park your car at the P&D finish in Henley & get a shuttle to your start in Runnymede. This service will run: 

  • Only once on Sunday at 05:00

Ideal for 3rd Quarter Challengers.

Park your car at the finish in Cookham & get a shuttle to your start line in Runnymede. This service will run:

  • Only once on Sunday at 05:00

Ideal for 4th Quarter Challengers

Park your car P&D at the finish in Henley & get a shuttle to your start line in Cookham. This service will run:

  • Only once on Sunday 07:00

Post Challenge Transfers

We’ve a range of shuttle services to take you where you need to go after your challenge.

Ideal for 1st Quarter Challengers

To Hampton Court Station – operating regular service, although there may be a wait at quiet times (max 45 mins) at quiet times, during the hours:

  • Saturday – 10:00 – 18:00

Ideal for 1st Half & 2nd Quarter Challengers

From the finish line in Runnymede to Staines Station:

  • Saturday – 11:00 – last train

Ideal for 3rd Quarter Challengers

To Maidenhead Station – operating regular service, although there may be a wait at quiet times (max 45 mins) at quiet times, during the hours:

  • Saturday – 09:00 – 15:00

Baggage Transfers

We’ve a range of services taking your bags forward for access during the challenge – for a change of clothes or shoes, extra layers for the night, or those snacks you can’t do without!

Please note the max weight limits – these are strict, and bags will be weighed. Quoted prices are per bag.

Baggage services will be paid in cash/card on the day – and you cannot pre book.

Ideal for Full Challenge walkers & joggers. 

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start, to the half way stop (where you have access to it), and then onwards to the finish in Henley.

Ideal for all Half Challengers.

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start to your finish.

Ideal for all Quarter Challengers.

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start to your finish.

For all official Runners (ie  confirmed as a Runner on entry & dressed as such on the day) – our kit drop service will take a small (10kg max) bag forward for you to access:

  • Full Challenge runners – start > midway > finish
  • Half & Quarter Challenge runners – start > finish 

 

If you have a ‘heavy’ bag (or a 2nd bag) – this must be booked in and paid for via the other baggage service options.
