Bookable extras are designed to make the planning for your challenge as easy as possible -providing options for your joining & leaving arrangements, and are summarised below. As some participant’s travel & logistics may involve parking, transfers, and maybe camping – please check that the combination you book makes sense!

HIRE A 'GEO TRACKER'

Family & friends can follow you every step of the way!

If you’d like family & friends to track your real time progress on your Ultra Challenge, then why not book a new Geo Tracker!  Pick it up at the start of the event – share the map with them – and then they’ll be able to see exactly where you are – day & night !

PUTNEY BRIDGE -MAIN START VENUE (0 km) – No Camping Options (plenty of hotels etc in and around London)

RUNNYMEDE – HALF WAY VENUE (50 km) Saturday night – for the 2 Day Full 100 km & 3/4 Challengers option for overnight sleep / recovery. Also works for 1st Half Finishers as well as 2nd Half & 3rd Quarter challengers starting early Sunday morning

INCLUSIVE PACKAGES OR ‘PITCH ONLY’ OPTION ARE AVAILABLE.

STRICTLY no campervan options on this event.

For any additional campers reserve a spot on an already booked Pitch ONLY option on our campsite. (Please ensure when booking for extra campers you have already purchased a Pitch space on our campsite at Runnymede.

There is local Pay & Display and free parking along the route at Hurst Park (28km), Runneymede (50km), Cookham (78km) & Henley (100km)

There is NO parking at the start in Bishops Park –  Fulham.

Shuttle buses to help with your logistics:

  • Transfer to start venues from your finish (ie park at the finish at a near by P&D car park – and transfer to your start line) .

After your challenge:

  • Transfers from your finish the local train station (Henley Station is a short walk from the Finish Line) 

Sunday Morning Breakfast – available to participants beginning their challenge on Sunday morning at Runnymede. Breakfast on Sunday morning is included in the inclusive camping packages, but not in the pitch only & will need to be booked separately.

Henley 10K Meal – If  you have taken part in the Henley 10k there is an option to book a hot meal post challenge.

NO NEED TO PRE BOOK – AND IS AVAILABLE ON THE DAY AT YOUR START (Pay cash or Card)

  • Have an overnight type bag transferred from your start to your finish.
  • Full 100 km Challengers – have your bag (or camping gear) transferred to the 50 km halfway in Runnymede and then on to the finish in Henley.

There no event parking on this event, only local P&Ds. The easiest way to get to Bishops Park Start line is public transport. Putney Bridge (District Line) is the nearest tube station.

Camping - Saturday NIGHT only

Runnymede

At the 50 km  ‘half way’ rest stop in Runnymede on Saturday 13th.

Inclusive Packages – with pre pitched tent & roll mat (you bring a sleeping bag & other equipment). Parking & breakfast on Sunday morning is included in your package.

Pitch Only Option – bring your own tent (+ all equipment). Parking is included in your package. Breakfast is NOT included in your pitch only camping – this must be booked separately. No campervans permitted.

You will be able to add on extra campers to your Pitch ONLY option under the same booking. Make sure you look for the Extra Campers’ option under the relevant location where you want to camp on the booking form.

Hot showers, changing rooms, & hot drinks included. Use the baggage service to move your kit from the start, booked on the day.

Ideal for the 2 Day 100km Challenges or 3/4 challengers, 1st Half & 2nd Quarter finishers as well as 2nd Half & 3rd Quarter Challengers starting early Sunday.

NO DOGS – pets are strictly NOT permitted on any of our venues, including the campsite.

Spacious 3-man tent & mattress, all set up and ready for you. You need to bring sleeping bag & other equipment.

Reserve a space for your tent. You’ll have access to hot showers, toilets & other facilities. Breakfast is NOT included in your pitch only camping. This must be booked separately

Reserve a spot on an already booked Pitch on our campsite. (Please ensure when booking for extra campers you have already purchased a Pitch space).

Please select how many additional people per Pitch (max 3 people additionally per pitch – 4 in total under the same booking). If you would like to book more than 4 people, you will be able to book another Pitch with extra campers following the same process.

Pre Challenge Transfers

We have a range of shuttle services to take you to your start line, before your challenge. Putney Bridge tube station is the closest to Bishops Park (its on the District Line).

Ideal for 2nd Half Challengers

Park your car at the P&D finish in Henley & get a shuttle to your start in Runnymede. This service will run: 

  • Only once on Sunday at 5am

Ideal for 4th Quarter Challengers

Park your car P&D at the finish in Henley & get a shuttle to your start line in Cookham. This service will run:

  • Only once on Sunday 7am

Post Challenge Transfers

We have a range shuttle services to take you where you need to go after your challenge.

Ideal for 1st Quarter Challengers

To Hampton Court Station – operating a regular service during the hours: (there may be a wait at quiet times up to 45mins). 

  • Saturday: 10am – 6pm

Ideal for 1st Half & 2nd Quarter Challengers

From the finish line in Runnymede to Staines Station – operating a regular service during the hours: (there may be a wait at quiet times up to 45mins). 

  • Saturday: 11am – last train
  • Sunday: Only once (for campers heading to the train station)

Baggage Transfers

We have a range of services taking your bags forward for access during the challenge – for a change of clothes or shoes, extra layers for the night, or those snacks you can’t do without!

Please note the max weight limits. These are strict, and bags will be weighed. Quoted prices are per bag.

Baggage services will be paid in cash/card on the day – and you cannot pre book.

Ideal for Full Challenge walkers & joggers. 

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start in Putney, to the half way stop in Runnymede (where you have access to it), and then onwards to the finish in Henley.

Ideal for Full Challenge runners & joggers. 

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start, straight to the finish in Henley.

Ideal for 3/4 Challengers. 

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start, to 25km & then to the finish.

Ideal for all Half Challengers.

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from your start to your finish in Runnymede.

Ideal for all Quarter Challengers.

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from your start to your finish.

For all official Runners (ie  confirmed as a Runner on entry & dressed as such on the day) – our kit drop service will take a small (5kg max) bag forward for you to access:

  • Full Challenge runners – start > midway > finish
  • Half & Quarter Challenge runners – start > finish

If you have a bag heavier than 5kg/2nd bag – please note the standard rates of our baggage service will apply.
