Pay a Low Registration Fee & do 'lots' of Fundraising for a chosen Charity. The Charity covers your event place cost.

£15 Reg Fee online

Note: At least 50% of the Min Sponsorship target should be with your Charity by 6 weeks prior to the Challenge. At this time your Charity will pay a Fee for your place to the Organiser (similar to the Self Funding cost). Failure to meet the 50% target may result in cancellation by your charity. The remaining 50% should be with your Charity 4 weeks after the Challenge.

BAGGAGE

All baggage services are paid for in cash on the morning of the challenge - you do not need to pre-book online.

 

Transfers to your finish...

  • Full Challengers - £10
  • Half Challengers - £5
  • Quarter Challengers - £5

Transfers to half way & finish...

  • Available to Full Challengers only
  • £15 for walkers & joggers
  • Included for runners (10L max)

 

CAMPING

You must pre-book all camping packages online in advance using the form below.

Turners Hill – available to 2 Day Challengers (mid-Challenge) & 2nd Half Challengers (pre-Challenge) starting on Sunday. 



- Full Camping Package - includes:

  • 2-Man tent & x1 roll mat
  • Baggage transfer to finish or storage

Single  - £55 | Twin share - £75 

 

- Pitch Only Package - includes: 

  • Pitch-only - bring own tent 
  • x1 Baggage transfer to campsite, then onto finish per person (for Full Challengers) 

Single share - £25 | Twin share - £40

 

TRANSPORT

All transfers are provisional and will be available to book in the Autumn

 

Parking

  • Day parking - Oaks Park (25km) & Tulleys Farm (56km) 
  • Brighton weekend parking 

Full Challengers

  • Start - close to Richmond station
  • Brighton - weekend parking 
  • Shuttles to Brighton station after
  • Shuttles for all retirees to finish

1st Half Challengers

  • Start - close to Richmond station
  • Pick up parking at finish
  • Shuttles from finish to Three Bridges
  • Shuttles for all retirees to finish

2nd Half Challengers

  • Parking at Tulley’s Farm
  • Pick up/ drop off parking
  • Before - transfer from Brighton finish to start          
  • Shuttle buses for all retirees to finish
  • Finish shuttle to Brighton station

1st Quarter Challengers

  • Start - close to Richmond station
  • Shuttle to Sutton station after
  • Shuttles for all retirees to finish
  • Pick up parking at finish

INDIVIDUAL OR AS A TEAM:

JOIN AS AN INDIVIDUAL >

You'll meet others - our Team will support you!

 

Select 'Individual' within the Reg Form (you can create or join a Team later by logging back into your reg form)

 

Select category: Walk - Jog - Run

 

You'll need to choose a 'Start Time'

CREATE A NEW TEAM >

Select 'Create a Team' if you are 1st Team Member to register.

 

  • You'll become the Team Captain
  • You'll need a Team Name
  • Create a Password (optional)
  • You Register in full yourself
  • Choose the Team's Start Time 
  • Communicate Team Name / Passsword to those joining
  • Team Members search for Team Name when registering
  • You will receive details of a person who joins the Team

 

Note: If fundraising, the min target is per person - NOT per Team

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund.

 

Teams can be of any size

 

Teams can all do the same - or a MIX (eg some Full or Half, some Walk or Run etc)

JOIN AN EXISTING TEAM >

Select 'Join a Team' within the Reg Form

 

  • 'Team Captain' gives you Team Name
  • And a Password if they set one up
  • You register in full yourself via the website
  • On the form you can search for Team Name + enter password
    Team Captain will have chosen Team's Start Time
  • Team Captain will be emailed your details also

 

Note: If fundraising, the min target is per person, NOT per Team.

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund
