  • 26km 4th Quarter - to Chale (Sunday)


ROUTE HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Right around the Coastal Path
  • 1,713 metres of climbing elevation
  • Chale start - clockwise to Needles
  • Cowes & Northwood House at halfway
  • Inland slightly & to Ryde
  • Sandy beaches of Sandown & Shanklin

The Thames Path Challenge is a festival of riverside events - something for everyone! There's the 100km main event from Putney Bridge to Henley, with Quarter and Half distance options, as well as the Thames Bridges Trek, a 25km walk-only from Putney Bridge to beyond Tower Bridge, zig-zagging over London's 16 most famous bridges. There's even something for the whole family in the Henley 10k on the Sunday.
