OPTION 1 - CHARITY SPONSORSHIP

Pay a Low Registration Fee & do 'lots' of Fundraising for a chosen Charity. The Charity covers your event place cost.

Ideal if you can raise lots of money for your chosen charity (they pay for your event place). There's 500+ Charities - and it's 25% OFF Reg Fee if for a 'Partner Charity'

 

  • FULL CHALLENGE:

£15 Reg Fee online

  • HALF CHALLENGE:

£10 Reg Fee online

 At least 50% of the Min Sponsorship target should be with your Charity by 6 weeks prior to the Challenge. At this time your Charity will pay a Fee for your place to the Organiser (similar to the Self Funding cost). Failure to meet the 50% target may result in cancellation by your charity. The remaining 50% should be with your Charity 4 weeks after the Challenge.

BAGGAGE

All baggage services are paid for in cash on the morning of the challenge - you do not need to pre-book online.

 

Baggage transfers to your finish...

  • Full Challengers (store at Kendal) - £5
  • Half Challengers - £5
  • Quarter Challengers - £5

Baggage transfers to half way & then to finish

  • Available to Full 100km Challengers only
  • £15 for walkers & joggers
  • Included for runners (10L. small bag max)

 

CAMPING

You must pre-book all camping packages online in advance using the form below.

Available at Kendal (start/finish) Friday & Saturday night, & Lakeside - Windermere YMCA (half-way) Saturday night only.

 

Pitch Only Package:

  • Tent pitch only - bring your own tent
  • Bring any tent and we will have a space reserved for you
  • Showers will be available
  • 1x baggage transfer to finish or storage

Price - Single - £25 per night  //  Twin share - £40 per night

 

Full Camping Package:

  • x1 2-person tent & x1 roll mat per person - bring your sleeping bag!
  • x1 baggage transfer to finish or storage
  • Showers will be available

Price - Single - £55 per night  //  Twin share - £75 per night

 

Mael Friday eve + breakfast (Sat + Sun AM ) will be available to purchase on the day.

 

 

TRANSPORT BEFORE YOUR CHALLENGE 

 - Shuttle from Kendal Station to start line 

For Full, 1st Half & 1st Quarter Challengers:

  • Friday 12 Jun- PM - £5 pp
  • Saturday 13 Jun - AM - £5 pp
  • Departure times TBC

 

- 2nd Half Challengers

  • Sunday 14 June
  • Transfer from Kendal to start in Lakeside
  • Departs 5am from Kendal
  • £10 pp

1st Quarter Challengers

  • Shuttle from finish back to Kendal
  • £5 pp

1st Half Challengers

  • Shuttle from finish in Lakeside back to Kendal
  • £5 pp

2nd Half Challengers

  • Shuttle from finish in Kendal to Lakeside YMCA
  • £5 pp

 

PARKING

  • Weekend parking pass - available at Kendal (start/finish), Lakeside (49km)

You'll meet others - our Team will support you!

 

Select 'Individual' within the Reg Form (create or join a Team later by logging back in)

 

Select category: Walk - Jog - Run

 

Choose a 'Start Time' slot

CREATE A NEW TEAM >

Select 'Create a Team' if you are 1st Team Member to register.

 

  • You'll become the Team Captain
  • You'll need a Team Name
  • Create a Password (optional)
  • You Register in full yourself
  • Choose the Team's Start Time 
  • Give Team Name / Passsword to those joining
  • Others search for Team Name when registering
  • You'll receive details of people joining the Team

 

Note: If fundraising, the min target is per person - NOT per Team

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund.

 

Teams can be of any size

 

Teams can all do the same challenge - or a MIX (eg some Full or Half, some Walk or Run etc)
