Congratulations to everyone that took part in the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge event across the 13th/14th May 2023. With over 3,000 participants taking place it was a great event. Keep an eye open for the 2024 dates – released soon!

For those of you that missed & finishers t-shirt – there’s still time to get one posted to you from our website! No matter what distance you completed, everyone deserves a medal and a finishers T-shirt. The £4 cost covers postage & packing and be sent straight to your door!
Download the App for access to key info & updates. Available in both the Apple or Google Stores, search ‘Action Challenge’ and download. If you already have the app go to ‘load challenge‘ in the menu and enter the code JURAC23 – which downloads the info for Jurassic Coast Challenge.

The App holds all key information that you will need for the day including the final event guide, route maps, parking, camping & transfers and FAQs on managing your place. The App will also get updated in the lead up to the Challenge, – so make sure you have it on your phone!
Our live Timing & tracking website has been launched – this is where your friends & family can follow your progress along the route as you make your way to your finish line.
Share with them the website and they can follow the simple steps below to keep a track of your movements over the weekend!
If you have registered ON OR BEFORE the 3rd May your name will appear start time & E-ticket list. If you have registered ON OR AFTER the 4th May you will receive your start time & E-ticket latest by close of play 12th May.
If you have not received your E-ticket please download the list below and check for your name.
PLEASE NOTE – Due to logistical limitations, there are certain start times on a number of distances and within some teams that cannot be changed.

If you have registered ON OR BEFORE the 2nd May your name, bib number & start time should be on the list linked below.
Those who registered on or after the 3rd May 2023 will receive their E-ticket with
their bib number and start time at the latest 17:00pm on Thursday 11th May 2023.

Changes to Start Times can only be requested if one of the following apply:

A full run down of what to expect on the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge 2023 Hosted by the Event Director Julian Risley.
You did amazingly well, so why not make it official and download your challenge certificate! The finish times been checked and verified, so head to the Timing Website to download and see your certificate.
1. Visit the Live trail – Timing website
2. Search for yourself on the top left toolbar (either name or bib number)
3. Click on the scroll icon to the left of your timing profile (labelled ‘Certif’)
4. Click to download your certificate!
Download the GPX file of your route, to have the map at your finger tips on the day either on Garmin or through your phone on Outdoors GPS, OS Maps, View Ranger or Kommot.
A must read as it has important on the day information including details about our registration & the start, supporter access, car parking & transport arrange, how you get your bib & event pass / timing chip, route information & more.
There is a separate Event Guide for the Bridport 10k – only those taking part need to read this version.

We are due to send out more information about the extras you have pre booked on Friday 5th May, please check spam/junk if you have not received this by COP on Friday 5th May.
Please ensure you have read our website to understand what extras you have booked and if relevant to your distance to avoid confusion on the day of your challenge!

If you’d like family & friends to track your real time progress on your Ultra Challenge, then why not book a new Geo Tracker! Pick it up at the start of the event – share the map with them – and then they’ll be able to see exactly where you are – day & night !
