This area of the website is designed for those who are signed up to the 2025 Jurassic Coast Challenge, to help plan and prepare for the event!

DOWNLOAD THE APP

You MUST download the App for access to key info & updates. Available in both the Apple or Google Stores, search ‘Action Challenge’ and download. Then, on the front screen (OR go to ‘Load New’ in the burger menu if you already have the base App installed) enter the code JURA25 – which downloads the info for the Jurassic Coast Challenge.

You can view the App Info on a Computer:

  • Click the button below to go to the Web App Login page 
  • Enter User ID as ACT
  • Enter JURA25 Passcode (same as mobile App above)
 

The App holds all key information that you will need for the day including the final event guide, route maps, parking, camping & transfers and FAQs on managing your place. The App will also get updated in the lead up to the Challenge, – so make sure you have it on your phone!

For those of you that weren’t able to collect a medal or finishers t-shirt – there’s still time to get one posted to you from our website! No matter what distance you completed, everyone deserves a medal and a finishers T-shirt. We’ll just need you to pay the delivery fee and we can ship it straight to your door.

You did amazingly well, so why not make it official and download your challenge certificate! The finish times been checked and verified, so head to the Timing Website to download and see your certificate.

1. Visit the Live trail – Timing website 

2. Search for yourself on the top left toolbar (either name or bib number)

3. Click on the scroll icon to the left of your timing profile (labelled ‘Certif’)

4. Click to download your certificate!

GEO TRACKERS

Family & friends can follow you every step of the way!

If you hired a Geo Tracker, your family & friends can track your real time progress on your Ultra Challenge via the link below. Pick up your tracker at the start of the event – share the map with them – and then they’ll be able to see exactly where you are – day & night! Once you enter the link, you can choose your distance via the drop down menu at the bottom of the screen.

START TIME & E-TICKET LIST

If you have registered ON OR BEFORE the 6th May your name will appear start time & E-ticket list. If you have registered ON OR AFTER the 7th May you will receive your start time & E-ticket latest by close of play 16th May.

If you have not received your E-ticket please download the list below and check for your name.

PLEASE NOTE – Due to logistical limitations, there are certain start times on a number of distances and within some teams that cannot be changed.

LIVE TIMING & TRACKING

Our live Timing & tracking website has been launched – this is where your friends & family can follow your progress along the route as you make your way to your finish line. 

Share with them the website and they can follow the simple steps below to keep a track of your movements over the weekend!

2. Search for yourself, a friend or family member on the top left toolbar (either name or bib number)
3. Follow yourself/them along the route & the progression!

Bookable Extras are now open to book!

The extras available will help with your challenge logistics and planning, and will include bus transfers, parking permits, and even a pre-challenge breakfast option!

Make sure to check what’s on offer and choose the right combination for you and your challenge.

the 2025 briefing will be released 4 weeks before the event weekend.

A must read as it has important on the day information including details about our registration & the start, supporter access, car parking & transport arrange, how you get your bib & event pass / timing chip,  route information & more.

There will be a separate Event Guide for the Bridport 10k – only those taking part need to read this version.

START TIMES

If you have registered ON OR BEFORE the 15th April your name, distance & start time should be on the list linked below.

Those who registered on or after the 16th April 2024 will receive their start time on their E-ticket with
their bib number on 8th May 2024.

start time issues/ammendments

If you need to request a change to your start time please read the following information FIRST before summitting a request.

Changes to Start Times can only be requested if one of the following apply:

  1. You’ve been given a DIFFERENT start time from your team-mates that are on the SAME DISTANCE as you
  2. You’ve been given a DIFFERENT start time to someone you are travelling with that are on the SAME DISTANCE as you 
  3. You’ll arrive via public transport and it’s impossible for you to reach your allocated start time. 

DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL REGARDING YOUR START TIME  as we cannot process start time requests unless the below form is completed. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to various logistical reasons if you are a participant on the following distances we cannot change your start times as there are certain time brackets you are required to leave in:

SATURDAY

  • Full Challenge (100km) – between 07:00 – 09:00am
  • 3/4 (76km)                       – 09:30am ONLY
  • 1st Half (58k)                   – between 07:00 – 09:00am
  • 1st Quarter (25km)         – between 08:00 – 10:00am
  • 2nd Quarter (34km)        – 09:30am ONLY
  • Marathon (42k)                – 09:00am ONLY

SUNDAY

  • 2nd Half (42k)                  – 06:00 – 06:30am
  • Bridport 10k (10k)           – (Sunday) 10:15am

If you registered before the 3rd May but did not receive an E-Ticket please check your  junk & spam folders FIRST and then fill out the below form.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • This form DOES NOT provide a bounce back E-Ticket, all requested E-Tickets will be resent by COP on Thursday 11th May – please therefore do not complete this form more than once.
  • If you registered ON or AFTER 3rd May please do not complete this form as you will be receiving your E-Ticket by COP on Thursday 11th May.

GPX route maps

Download the GPX file of your route, to have the map at your finger tips on the day either on  Garmin or through your phone on Outdoors GPS, OS Maps, View Ranger or Kommot.

Contact from your Charity

IF YOU chose TO SUPPORT A CHARITY

You can expect to hear from your chosen charity within 2 weeks of registering onto your Ultra Challenge. Whilst every charity communicates slightly differently with their fundraisers, most offer advice, fundraising buckets/ donation tins, t-shirts etc. 

However you don’t need to wait for them! Follow the guidelines below; set up your online JustGiving sponsorship donation page and let your friends, family or work colleagues know where to find it – and get started!

If you’re supporting a charity, to enable them to track your fundraising, know when you’ve reached your agreed target, and confirm your place with us (for Full Sponsorship & Mixed Funding) – you MUST set up your online fundraising / sponsorship page via JustGiving under the correct event page.
