Bookable extras are designed to make the planning for your challenge as easy as possible, providing options for your joining & leaving arrangements.
CIRENCESTER – MAIN START VENUE (0 km) – UNIVERSITY ROOMS – Friday night before your challenge (generally suits Full 100km, 3/4, 1st Half & 1st Quarter Challengers)
Start venue is also the main finish – Saturday night is bookable for ‘fast finishers’ (runners / joggers) – and for 1st Half Finishers & 2nd Half Starters (both with correct transfer booked as well)
No Camping is available at Cirencester basecamp
WOTTON HALF WAY VENUE (53 km) – CAMPING – Saturday night – primarily for the ‘2 Day Full 100 km’ or ‘3/4 Challenge’ option for overnight sleep / recovery – AND also works for ‘1st Half & 2nd Quarter Finishers’ & for the Sunday morning 2nd Half starters
Inclusive package or pitch only option (including Campervans) is available at Wotton Under Edge ONLY.

Friday Night Dinner – available to book for anyone staying at Cirencester (basecamp) on Friday night.
Saturday Morning Breakfast – available to participants beginning their challenge on Saturday morning at Cirencester (basecamp). Breakfast the following morning is ONLY included in the accommodation package.
Sunday Morning Breakfast – available to participants beginning their challenge on Sunday morning at Wotton. Breakfast the following morning is included in the inclusive camping packages, but not in the pitch only & will need to be booked separately.
Cirencester 10K Meal – If you have taken part in the Cirencester 10k there is an option to book a hot meal post challenge.

Supporters can book a pass for parking at Cirencester (basecamp), Painswick (24km) & Wotton-Under-Edge (53km) .
Royal Agricultural University ‘halls of residence’ rooms available at our Cirencester basecamp for Friday & Saturday nights or one of either – with single & twin share options. You must bring your own sleeping bag, pillow & towel. Parking & breakfast the following morning is included in your package.
Friday 21st night – suitable for anyone starting at Cirencester.
Saturday 22nd night – for Full Continuous or 3/4 challengers runners / joggers (likely to finish Sat eve), OR 1st Half challengers (post finish) & 2nd Half challengers (pre start). Do not book Saturday if you are a 2 Day 100 km Challenger.
NOTE – if you want the ‘optional dinner’ on Friday evening, served between 6-9pm, you must book this as a separate item on the booking form.

We’ve a range of shuttle services to take you to your start line, before your challenge. Kemble Station is the closest rail link to the Cirencester Royal Agricultural University basecamp (it’s on the Swindon to Gloucester line).

We’ve a range of services taking your bags forward for access during the challenge – for a change of clothes or shoes, extra layers for the night, or those snacks you can’t do without!
Please note the max weight limits – these are strict, and bags will be weighed. Quoted prices are per bag.
Baggage services will be paid in cash/card on the day – and you cannot pre book.

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start in Richmond, to the half way stop at the Tulley’s Farm (where you have access to it), and then onto the finish at Brighton Racecourse.

We will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start at Oaks Park, to the halfway stop at Tulley’s Farm (where you have access to it), and then to the finish at Brighton Racecourse.

If you have a bag heavier than 5kg/ a 2nd bag – please note the standard rates of our baggage service will apply.
We recommend you opt for our shuttle services BEFORE the challenge, where you park your car at your finish line & get our shuttle to your start. This way your car is ready & waiting for you when you finish. Our shuttles from the finish back to the start can have a wait at times – especially during the night and early morning. Or arrange to be dropped off & picked up by a supporter.
