Energise Your Team!

Start New Year on the right foot!
A great event to get colleagues together & bond, walk off the Christmas & New Year celebrations, maybe fundraise for your favourite charity, and energise your team for the year ahead ! There’s a Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K & an accessible ‘Family Friendly’ 5K. All routes start & finish at The Oval Cricket Ground, and take in highlights of the Thames, its historic bridges, and many of the Capital’s landmarks. Sign up as a team of any size – and youngsters are welcome. There’s rest stops with snacks, a special medal, and hot food at the finish.
E mail a few details of your Team – and we’ll get straight back.
Corporate@ultrachallenge.com
Teams can either:
Support a charity of your choice – with a ‘low’ registration fee payable (by the participant – or by the Company, or a split), with a commitment to also meet a minimum fundraising target.
OR
‘Self Fund’ – with the places being paid by the Company, or by the participants, or an agreed split. You can still fundraise for a charity if you want to, with no targets.
In all instances – a deposit is only required to get your team set up with an online registration form and a tailored ‘event landing web page’ to make it assist with colleague recruitment & easy admin.
Once you’re signed up, there’s a mobile phone App to download with all the key information, maps, & details of the walk at your finger tips.
Pink arrows mark the route, with distance markers, glowsticks after dark, and a Google map via the App just in case! Our experienced Trek Masters are out & about to provide support, with a timing system enabling the Control Room (& friends / family) to monitor your progress & finish times. We have medics at the rest stop venues to deal with any aches / pains or blisters.
It might be chilly so there’s a special Winter Walk bobble hat which is FREE with the Early Bird Deal – and picked up on the day at The Oval start)
New Year diets may still be on track for some – but keeping energised is important and you won’t go hungry…
Coffee, tea & biscuits at the start
- Rest stops en route with a range of snacks & drinks (for full & half marathon)
- Hot food at the finish for everyone!
- All dietary requirements catered for.
You’ll get a big cheer as you cross the finish line and a well earned Winter Walk medal. Certificates can be downloaded via the event App.
Your Walk,
Your Way!
Our events are inclusive and accessible to people of all abilities, and your team can walk at their pace, and even if your team choose a mix of distances, we can ensure everyone starts together for their challenge. The Winter Walk District is fun, safe, & rewarding – with full support all the way, enabling teams to push themselves further our historic capital, and enjoy a great team day out.
