CORPORATE TEAMS

Lake District
Ultra Challenge®

6-7 June 2026

Energise Your Team

Looking for a memorable event to energise & motivate your Team, without the hassle & risk of organising your own? The Lake District Ultra Challenge gets colleagues active & bonding on a fun, accessible, safe, high quality event. Perfect to boost wellbeing, loyalty, and perhaps support your ‘charity of the year’ with linked fundraising. Teams can be of any size, take on a distance that suits them – at their pace, and can do it for the team – or in support of a chosen charity.

SUPERB Corporate Challenges...

UK’s #1 Series of Treks & Trail Challenges – with 20 amazing events for a wide range of experience & fitness levels – perfect for Corporate Teams of all sizes! Our support enables participants to go further, whilst enjoying the great outdoors, camaraderie, friendship, and the event atmosphere!

There are marquee rest stops, lots of food & drink, medical & safety teams, with a fully signed route to guide you. A big finish-line celebration awaits with an amazing sense of achievement, and once the aches subside, colleagues feel energised, and up for more challenges!

Full Support all the Way…

Teams can either:

Support a charity of your choice – with a ‘low’ registration fee (payable by the participant – or by the Company, or a split), with a commitment to also meet a minimum fundraising target.

OR

‘Self Fund’ – places paid for by the Company, or by the participants, or an agreed split. You can still fundraise for a charity if you want to, with no targets.

In all instances – a small deposit is required to get your team set up with an online registration form and a tailored ‘event landing web page’ to assist with colleague recruitment & easy admin.

Good preparation is key for any team to succeed – and smart communication makes it simpler!

Team members will have access to our Challenge App – with training guides, route maps, joining instructions, kit lists, merchandise, online forums, and the latest news & updates.

00’s of pink arrows + glow-sticks (at night) mark the route, and with Google route maps in the App – you won’t get lost on an Ultra Challenge®!

Our Timing System scans you at rest stops, with your progress logged and monitored by our Control Room.

We also have a special APP for your mobile with GPS Tracking – which you can share in ‘real time’ with family & friends – without draining your phone’s battery.

Rest Stops every ~12.5km with ‘major’ ones every ~25km, are much more than the shaky gazebo with only water you see on some events! We have  marquee cover, large medical & welfare tents, lots of food & drink included, seating areas for recovery, changing rooms, and a friendly welcome!

We pride ourselves on the quantity & quality of our catering, and whichever distance you are on – meals, snacks & drinks are all included – so no need to carry much!

  • Snacks & drink stops every 12.5km
  • Snacks – from the healthy to treats
  • Meal / food every 25km.
  • Energy drinks.
  • All dietary requirements catered for.
  • Hot food finishers meal.

Generally an optional campsite at the main start & at 50km for rest & sleep if you’re on a 2 day ‘Daylight’ 100km option, or if you finish / start a 50km ‘half’.

Inclusive packages or ‘pitch your own’ available – with showers & chill out areas.

We’ve experienced Doctors, Paramedics, First Aiders, and Massage Teams at Rest Stops. There’re ‘Self Help’ areas with blister plasters, talc, Vaseline, and tape if you want to patch your own feet.

Mobile Emergency Medical Teams are only a phone call away, via our 24 hour Control Room

We don’t want anyone to forget that finish-line feeling – our Cheer Squad ensures you won’t! Everyone gets a medal, finisher’s T-shirt, and a glass of fizz, before heading to a finishers meal, and maybe a massage. Download official Challenge certificates when you’re ready!

There’a a range of optional extras – parking & bus transfers making getting there & away easier.

You can make a challenge extra special, and book optional hospitality packages – with your own private gazebo space at the start, and company branding.

E mail a few details of your Team – and we’ll get back
