  • Payment Responsibility: Who is responsible for paying the entry fees?
  • Charity Support: Is your team fundraising for a charity? If yes, which one(s)?
  • Extras Booking: Who will manage optional extras (t-shirts, merchandise, or special packages)?
  • Hospitality Interest: Is your team interested in hospitality packages (e.g., gazebos, support vehicles, accommodation)?
