OPTION 1 - CHARITY SPONSORSHIP

Pay a low registration fee & do 'lots' of fundraising for a chosen charity. The charity covers your event place cost.

Ideal option if you feel you can raise lots of money for your chosen charity.

 

  • FULL CHALLENGE:

£15 Reg Fee online

+ at least £595 charity sponsorship

  • HALF CHALLENGE:

£10 Reg Fee online

+ at least £395 Charity sponsorship

 

  • QUARTER CHALLENGE:

£5 Reg Fee online

+ at least  £245 Charity sponsorship


Note: At least 50% of the Min Sponsorship target should be with your Charity by 6 weeks prior to the Challenge. At this time your Charity will pay a Fee for your place to the Organiser (similar to the Self Funding cost). Failure to meet the 50% target may result in cancellation by your charity. The remaining 50% should be with your Charity 4 weeks after the Challenge.

OPTION 2 - MIXED FUNDING

Lower fundraising target - and you pay half the event place cost (and the charity pays half).

  • FULL CHALLENGE:

£99 Reg Fee online

+ at least £299 charity sponsorship

  • HALF CHALLENGE:

£64.50 Reg Fee online

+ at least £199 Charity sponsorship

 

  • QUARTER CHALLENGE:

£39.50 Reg Fee online

+ at least  £119 Charity sponsorship

Ideal for those who want to set a new 2020 goal and culminate with a 100km finish line...



SELF FUND - £300 paid for 3 events (Save £106)

 

CHARITY SPONSORSHIP - SERIES PARTNER CHARITIES ONLY - £22.50 upfront + at least £1,000 fundraising (£235 less than normal)

 

 

For the Charity Sponsorship option, your  minimum fundraising targets due 6 weeks before each event are:


   -  25km - £125
   -  50km - £300
  - 100km - £700

NOTE: Events must be taken in order - 25km, 50km and then 100km.

 

ALSO NOTE - The January London Winter Walk can be used as the first '25km' component.

INDIVIDUAL OR AS A TEAM:

JOIN AS AN INDIVIDUAL >

You'll meet others - our Team will support you!

 

Select 'Individual' within the Reg Form (you can create or join a Team later by logging back into your reg form)

 

Select category: Walk - Jog - Run

 

You'll need to choose a 'Start Time'

CREATE A NEW TEAM >

Select 'Create a Team' if you are 1st Team Member to register.

 

  • You'll become the Team Captain
  • You'll need a Team Name
  • Create a Password (optional)
  • You Register in full yourself
  • Choose the Team's Start Time 
  • Communicate Team Name / Passsword to those joining
  • Team Members search for Team Name when registering
  • You will receive details of a person who joins the Team

 

Note: If fundraising, the min target is per person - NOT per Team

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund.

 

Teams can be of any size

 

Teams can all do the same - or a MIX (eg some Full or Half, some Walk or Run etc)

JOIN AN EXISTING TEAM >

Select 'Join a Team' within the Reg Form

 

  • 'Team Captain' gives you Team Name
  • And a Password if they set one up
  • You register in full yourself via the website
  • On the form you can search for Team Name + enter password
    Team Captain will have chosen Team's Start Time
  • Team Captain will be emailed your details also

 

Note: If fundraising, the min target is per person, NOT per Team.

 

Team Members can fundraise for the same, or different Charities, or Self Fund
