Bookable extras are designed to make the planning for your challenge as easy as possible -providing options for your joining & leaving arrangements, and are summarised below. As some participant’s travel & logistics may involve parking, transfers, and maybe camping also – please check that the combination you book makes sense!

HIRE A 'GEO TRACKER'

Family & friends can follow you every step of the way!

If you’d like family & friends to track your real time progress on your Ultra Challenge, then why not book a new Geo Tracker!  Pick it up at the start of the event – share the map with them – and then they’ll be able to see exactly where you are – day & night !

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Henley (basecamp)– MAIN START/FINISH VENUE

Friday night before your challenge. Suits ALL who are starting on Saturday morning

Saturday night is bookable for all wanting to stay the night post finish.

ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGES OR ‘PITCH ONLY’ OPTION (inc Camper Vans) ARE AVAILABLE

Parking for your vehicle is available at :

  • The Major Henley Start / Finish Venue
  • Supporter Parking Pass – so friends / family can park at Henley (basecamp) & Lewknor.

Shuttle busses to help with your logistics:

  • Transfer to the main Henley start venue from Henley train station.

After your challenge:

  • Transfer from your finish to Henley train station

Friday Night Dinner – available to book for anyone staying at Henley (basecamp) on Friday night.

Saturday Morning Breakfast – available to participants beginning their challenge on Saturday morning at Henley. Breakfast the following morning is included in the inclusive camping packages, but not in the pitch only & will need to be booked separately.

Sunday Morning Breakfast – breakfast the following morning is included in the inclusive camping packages, but not in the pitch only & will need to be booked separately.

Chiltern 10K Meal – If  you have taken part in the Chiltern 10k there is an option to book a hot meal post challenge.

NO NEED TO PRE BOOK – AND IS AVAILABLE ON THE DAY AT YOUR START (Pay cash or Card)

Parking is available at the main venues. If you’re not parking at your start – check that our optional Shuttle Services also work for you.

All weekend at Henley (basecamp)

Friday 4pm – 11pm & Saturday 6am – Sunday 10am

Ideal for ALL challengers starting/finishing at Henley.

Supporters can book a pass for parking at Henley (basecamp) (0km) & Lewknor (23km).

Camping - Friday &/or Saturday

Camping available at our Henley (basecamp) for Friday &/or Saturday night – with single & twin share options

Inclusive Packages – with pre pitched tent & roll mat – (you bring a sleeping bag & other equipment). Parking & breakfast the following morning is included in your package

Pitch Only Option – bring your own tent or campervan (+ all equipment). Breakfast is NOT included in your pitch only camping – this must be booked separately

If booking both Friday & Saturday night you will be able to book this via the form and a discount will be applied when booking.

You will be able to add on extra campers to your Pitch ONLY/Campervan option under the same booking. Make sure you look for the Extra Campers’ option under the relevant location where you want to camp on the booking form 

Hot showers, rest area, changing rooms, & hot drinks included

Friday 27th night – suitable for anyone starting in Henley.

Saturday 28th night – for all participants post finish.

NOTE – if you want the ‘optional dinner’ on Friday evening, served between 6-9pm, you must book this as a separate item on the booking form.

Spacious 2-man tent & roll mat – all set up and ready for you. You need to bring a sleeping bag & other equipment – Includes parking & breakfast the following morning.

Roomy 3-man tent & roll mats all set up and ready for you – plenty of space for 2 people and bags! – Includes parking & breakfast the following morning.

Reserve a space for your tent or campervan. You’ll have access to hot showers, toilets & other facilities – Includes parking – breakfast is NOT included in your pitch only camping – this must be booked separately

Reserve a spot on an already booked Pitch/Campervan on our campsite. (Please ensure when booking for extra campers you have already purchased a Pitch/Campervan space).

Please select how many additional people per Pitch/Campervan (max 3 people additionally per pitch – 4 in total under the same booking). If you would like to book more than 4 people, you will be able to book another PITCH/ Campervan with extra campers following the same process.

Pre Challenge Transfers

We’ve a range of shuttle services to take you to your start line, before your challenge. Henley Station is the closest rail link to the Henley  basecamp (it’s on the Great Western Railway).

Ideal for all starting in Henley.

From the train station to Henley (basecamp) – on a regular shuttle service during the times:

  • Friday – 5pm – 8pm
  • Saturday – 6am – 9am

Post Challenge Transfers

We’ve a range of shuttle services to take you where you need to go after your challenge.

Ideal for anyone finishing at Henley basecamp

To Henley Train Station – operating regular service, although there may be a wait at quiet times (max 45 mins), during the hours:

  • Saturday – 12pm (Midday) – last train
  • Sunday – 8am (for those camping Saturday night).

Baggage Transfers

We’ve a range of services taking your bags forward for access during the challenge – for a change of clothes or shoes, extra layers for the night, or those snacks you can’t do without!

Please note the max weight limits – these are strict, and bags will be weighed. Quoted prices are per bag.

Baggage services will be paid in cash/card on the day – and you cannot pre book.

Ideal for all Full 50km & 25km Challengers.

Store your bag safely at the start in Henley (basecamp).

For all official Runners (ie  confirmed as a Runner on entry & dressed as such on the day) – our kit drop service will take a small (10kg max) bag forward for you to access:

  • Full Challenge runners – start > finish
  • Half Challenge runners – start > finish 

If you have a bag heavier than 10kg/2nd bag – please note the standard rates of our baggage service will apply.
