Bookable extras are designed to make the planning for your challenge as easy as possible – providing options for your joining & leaving arrangements, and are summarised below. As some participant’s travel & logistics may involve parking, transfers, and maybe camping also – please check that the combination you book makes sense!
KENT SHOWGROUND BASECAMP – MAIN START/FINISH VENUE
Friday night: Camping for all Saturday morning starters.
Saturday night: Bookable for anyone staying overnight after finishing.
Camping options: Inclusive packages or Pitch Only, including campervans.

Kent Showground Main Start/Finish Venue
Supporter Parking Pass: Allows friends and family to park at Kent Showground Basecamp.
Enjoy a seamless journey to and from Henley Train Station, with convenient transfers connecting you directly to our event venue.
Friday Night Dinner
Pre-book a hot meal from Extreme Hospitality, including dessert and a soft drink. A choice of menu options is available.
Saturday Breakfast – Henley

We recommend using our pre-challenge shuttle services. Park at the finish venue, so your car is ready and waiting when you finish.
Please note: Return shuttles may involve waiting times, especially at peak times.

Henley Station is the closest rail link to Henley Basecamp, served by Great Western Railway.

Regular shuttle service from Henley Station → Henley Basecamp:
Friday: 5pm–8pm
Saturday: 6am–9am
A range of shuttle services is available to get you where you need to go after your challenge.
IDEAL FOR ANYONE FINISHING AT HENLEY BASECAMP
Regular shuttle service to Henley Train Station:
Saturday: 12pm (midday)–last train
Sunday: 8am (for Saturday night campers)
Waits of up to 60 minutes may occur during quieter periods.
Camping is available on Friday and/or Saturday night, with single and twin-share options.
Inclusive Package: Pre-pitched tent and roll mat provided. Bring your own sleeping bag and equipment. Parking included.
Pitch Only / Campervan: Bring your own tent or campervan and equipment. Parking included. Add extra campers by selecting Extra Campers for your chosen location and night.
Facilities
Hot showers, rest area, changing rooms and hot drinks are available to all campers.
Sunday Breakfast
Pre-booking is essential via our online booking form. Breakfast is served by our event catering partners.
Camping Rules
No dogs or pets at any venue, including the campsite.
No gas canisters or petrol-fuelled cookers.
No portable or disposable BBQs.
Camping stoves must be raised at least 30cm off the ground and never used inside tents.
Camping for one person on Friday and/or Saturday night, including a pre-pitched tent, roll mat and parking.
Camping for two people sharing one tent on Friday and/or Saturday night, including a pre-pitched tent, roll mat each and parking.
Friday &/or Saturday Night – Self-Pitch Camping for One Person
Bring your own tent and roll mat. Parking included.
Suitable for a small, low-height tent with a compact footprint, accommodating 2–3 people maximum.
Friday &/or Saturday Night – Large Self-Pitch Camping for One Person
Bring your own tent and roll mat. Parking included.
Suitable for a larger, higher tent with a bigger footprint, accommodating 4+ people.
Additional Camper – £10 per person for 1 night / £20 for 2 nights
Add up to 3 additional campers per pitch.

Campervan Pitch for One Person – Friday &/or Saturday Night
Bring your own campervan. Parking included.
Suitable for smaller campervans, such as VW campervans, under 5–6 metres in length.
Motorhome Pitch for One Person – Friday &/or Saturday Night
Bring your own motorhome. Parking included.
Suitable for larger motorhomes over 6 metres in length.
