Series Partners are positioned across every event in the Series. Our 15 Series Partner spots have already been bagged, by long standing partners whom have worked with us for many years. Our Series Partnership requests are now closed for 2025.
A Challenge Partner will be promoted alongside a specific event, or set of events – with additional marketing support from us, and featured listing on our website – to increase sign up potential.

In 2024 Challenge Partners, on average, saw a 50% increase in their fundraisers since 2023 (including both existing partners who have renewed & those who upgraded from Associate Partner & Listed Charity).
Associate Partners pay a one off annual fee for prominence & presence across each and every event page – with a 25% discount off registration fees for your charity fundraisers.

Associate Partner places are limited to 50 each year.
Becoming a Listed Charity means just that – we will list your charity on the Ultra Challenge website and registration forms, available for fundraisers to select and support. You will get access to our Charity Area, filled with useful guides and resources to help you promote the Series and get more fundraisers signed up. And we will share your fundraiser data with you via a secure reporting portal.
If you renew or register as a Listed Charity before 1st September 2024, there is no fee for being a Listed Charity. After this time, there will be a £50 listing fee. It’s a great risk free opportunity for small ‘start up’ charities to promote & push 1st class events – with no commitment or initial outlay.
The Ultra Challenge Series is one of the UK’s largest challenge event series, with over 35,000 participants taking part each year, and raising over £10 million for good causes. We work with over 800 UK charities, who promote the events to their supporters, encouraging them to ‘Walk, Jog, or Run’ a distance of their choice. Charities who promote the Series will typically see a 7:1 ratio of income vs costs – a fantastic return on investment.
