MARKETING THE SERIES
As we've just now launched the 2026 Ultra Challenge Series and the full calendar - NOW is the time to get all of the events up on your charity's website listing all of the challenges in full. With our year's of experience of marketing and promoting these events we have created what we believe to be the 'right' way of doing so - which conveys the full details of of each event, whilst making it easy and clear for your website team to get them up. Depending on your partnership level will determine what tools we've provided - with a helpful PDF guide to get you started!

2026 TOOLKIT & LANDING PAGES
For all Series, Associate & Challenge Partners we’ve produced a dedicated ‘Calendar’ Landing Page which lists all of the events and dates, linking through to your dedicated ‘Event Landing Page’ for each event. These are intended to be linked to from your website – making the user journey clear and easy to navigate for your potential sign ups!
The below guides include links to each individual page we’ve created, as well as a library of imagery held in Dropbox for each event.
We accept that it’s quite ‘difficult’ to promote 20+ individual events on your website (or other material) and do it justice! That’s why, for 2026, for each Partnership level, we have produced an ‘Ultra Challenge Series’ landing page.
This ‘Calendar’ page positions the whole Series – and is especially useful as it means you can run more “general” promotions for the Series, without having to advertise 20 individual challenges! From the ‘Calendar’ page – your supporters can then click out to each individual event landing page (see below) – for all the details they need – and to SIGN UP!
We provide you with ‘neat’ landing pages for each event which you can link out to (from your ‘brief’ website introduction to an individual event. And for 2026 – the overall Series ‘calendar page’ – which enables you to market the 20+ events effectively at the ‘Ultra Challenge Series’ level – and then your supporters can click out of that summary listing to the event that interests them to get all the info and SIGN UP.
All Series Partners will receive a branded landing page for ALL partnered events in the Series (and Associates whom have upgraded to a digital package) – PLUS a branded calendar page featuring all events in the Series. The Calendar page is especially useful as it means you can run more “general” promotions for the Series, without having to advertise 20 individual challenges!
Associate Partners can use Associate Partner landing pages and calendar page, that won’t display the higher discounts of Challenge or Series Partners. Associate Partners have the option to upgrade and receive branded event & calendar pages also. All Series & ‘Upgraded’ Associate Partners have been emailed directly their bespoke guide & links – if you are missing it, or not received it – please contact us directly.
Alongside event landing and calendar pages, we have created an image library to provide further promotional material to help you market the Ultra Challenge Series to your supporters.
