We’ve invested significant time & effort into creating specific landing pages for all charities – regardless of their level of involvement. Using the landing pages relevant to your charity means your fundraisers will only ever see the offers relevant to your charity.
We accept that it’s quite ‘difficult’ to promote 18+ individual events on your website (or other material) and do it justice! That’s why, for 2025, for each Partnership level, we have produced an ‘Ultra Challenge Series’ landing page.
This ‘Calendar’ page positions the whole Series – and is especially useful as it means you can run more “general” promotions for the Series, without having to advertise 20 individual challenges! From the ‘Calendar’ page – your supporters can then click out to each individual event landing page (see below) – for all the details they need – and to SIGN UP!
We provide you with ‘neat’ landing pages for each event which you can link out to (from your ‘brief’ website introduction to an individual event. And for 2025 – the overall Series ‘calendar page’ – which enables you to market the 18+ events effectively at the ‘Ultra Challenge Series’ level – and then your supporters can click out of that summary listing to the event that interests them to get all the info and SIGN UP.
All Series & Challenge Partners will receive a branded landing page for ALL partnered events in the Series – PLUS a branded calendar page featuring all events in the Series. The Calendar page is especially useful as it means you can run more “general” promotions for the Series, without having to advertise 20 individual challenges!
Associate Partners can use Associate Partner landing pages and calendar page, that won’t display the higher discounts of Challenge or Series Partners.
The documents linked here have been created to act as a “best practice” guide for charities promoting the Ultra Challenge Series. We have worked with hundreds of UK charities, and we know the recipe for success when it comes to promoting these events.

We offer our challenges as walks, jogs and runs, so please make sure you are clear fundraisers can walk, jog or run the full 100km, 75km, 50km or 25km. These are inclusive and accessible challenges, open to people of all abilities.
